In Case of Food Items
We will return the amount minus the delivery charge in case the item is returned.

Any item has to be returned within 72 hours of purchase time via courier or by physically appearing to the shop along with bill.

The returned product has to have at least 90% of the product for us to accept return and refund the amount.



In Case of Pet Medicines
You need to lodge a formal complaint with the company in case of a damaged food item (worm etc ). You need to send a mail marking our address on the subject line and attaching the scanned copy of bill. Once the complaint is approved we will start the final procedure.

Damage of medicine needs to be sent with a box opening video. Or else we will not be able to accept any bottles or tablets with or without the seal.
